Flight arrival time calculator

What time will it be when you land? Pick your departure city and time, how long the flight is, and where you're going.

Flight length

Times are local at each airport and include daylight saving time. Use the flight length printed on your ticket or booking for the most accurate answer.

How it works

Your departure time is in the local time of the city you leave from. We add the flight length to find the exact moment you land, then show that moment on the clock in your destination city.

Flying east usually means you land at a much later clock time than the flight length suggests, and often on the next day. Flying west can feel like time travel: on some routes you land at an earlier clock time than you took off.

Tips for long flights

  • Set your watch or phone to destination time when you board, and try to sleep or stay awake to match it.
  • Booking sites already show arrival in local time. Use this to double-check, or when you only know the flight length.
  • Around daylight saving changes the gap between cities can shift by an hour, and the calculator accounts for that.
