Meeting planner
Pick up to four cities and a date. Green hours are normal working hours (9 AM to 5 PM), yellow is early or late, and grey is night.
Times follow each city's official time zone rules for the date you pick. Copy the page address to share this table.
Tips for meetings across time zones
- Write meeting times with the time zone, or better, in each person's local time.
- If there's no overlap, rotate who takes the early or late slot so it's fair.
- Watch March, October and November, when countries change their clocks on different dates and regular meetings can shift by an hour.
Questions
What's the best time for a meeting across time zones?
Look for the hours where everyone is between 9 AM and 5 PM local time. Between Europe and the US East Coast that's usually late morning in New York; between the US and Asia there's often no overlap, so one side takes an early morning or evening call.
How do I share a meeting time?
After picking your cities and date, copy the page address. It saves your choices, so anyone you send it to sees the same table.
Does the planner handle daylight saving time?
Yes. It uses each city's official time zone rules, so the table is correct for the date you choose, including the weeks when the US and Europe change their clocks on different dates.
