The rules
No. Arizona has stayed on Mountain Standard Time (UTC−7) all year since 1968. With summer temperatures well over 100°F, there's little appeal in an extra hour of evening sun. In summer, Arizona has the same clock time as Los Angeles; in winter it matches Denver.
Exceptions
The Navajo Nation in northeastern Arizona does observe daylight saving time, while the Hopi Reservation, which sits inside it, does not.
