About Brasília Time
Brasília Time is used in most of Brazil's population, including São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Brasília, all year. Brazil stopped using daylight saving time in 2019.
Daylight saving time
Brasília Time is UTC−3 all year. It does not change for daylight saving time, so its gap to places that do switch, like New York or London, changes by an hour twice a year.
