Monday through Friday. Weekends are skipped, and US federal holidays too if the box is ticked (using the observed date when a holiday falls on a weekend).
Which holidays are skipped?
New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
